The Dead Space remake got a small update that addressed some critical bugs
Be gone, you annoying bugs.

Dead Space had a somewhat comfortable launch, but some people have reported stuttering issues on several platforms along with Twitch streaming bugs and different PC graphical visual anomalies. Luckily, the development team tracked all of these issues (and more) and they’ve launched a new 1.03 patch to address the problems on PC and PS5. The Xbox patch is also on the way and will launch at any point now.
EA didn’t reveal too much about patch 1.03 but it got a very warm reception nonetheless, especially on PC where the option to disable VRS alone helped the stability of that platform quite a bit. Update 1.04 addresses similar issues as well.

Added performance improvements.
Addressed UI issues.
Addressed various stuttering and lag issues.
Added general stability fixes.
Other minor fixes.
A Dead Space Reddit community member has also provided a workaround for PC stuttering issues if you’re still having them:
Making sure the power profile is set to AMD Performance Mode (it stutters on AMD Balanced)
Disabling Exploit Protection in Windows for “Dead Space.exe” (need to add an exception). This is a very common resolution of stuttering in DX12 games, Horizon Zero Dawn had the same problem.
Disable the GPU scheduling (I’ve checked that during game GPU load is ~90% while CPU is ~60%, so I guess it’s fine to do scheduling on CPU)
Disabling Adobe Creative Cloud.
