The original Hades was quite awesome indeed, and during The Game Awards 2022 we found out that Supergiant Games are working on the sequel. Yes ladies and gentleman, Hades 2 is officially in development!
As mentioned, the sequel to 2020’s Hades debuted at The Game Awards 2022 tonight, showing off quite a gorgeous trailer and brand-new lead. Based on what can be seen, it appears that the titular god of the underworld is in chains and it’s up to his daughter to take on Cronus.
The video sports some familiar mythological names like Nemesis and it builds the hype significantly. The game will be using an Early Access model but more info on that will come in 2023.
