Remedy are working on a number of different projects at this point, and of them is a multiplayer Control spin-off titled “Codename Condor”.
Remedy have published their new financial results report where they’ve talked about some of the projects they are working on and which stages they were at in development.
Here’s what they said: “Alan Wake 2 is in the full production stage. A lot of work remains, but the game is starting to take a more complete form in many areas. As communicated earlier, Alan Wake 2 will be released in 2023.”
“Codename Condor, a spin-off game of Control, continues in the proof-of-concept stage. Codename Heron, a bigger Control game, is in the concept stage and its prototyping continues.”
I am looking forward to learning more about these games in the future. While I absolutely adore single-player action, I believe the experience will be even better with some top-notch multiplayer here. Don’t make us disappointed, Remedy, we beg you!
