Epic Games have announced that Fortnite Chapter Two is coming to an end with an event called The End next weekend. It sure has been a good ride.
The blurb of this event reads as follows: “With The Convergence complete, The Cube Queen prepares her endgame for the Island and nothing will ever be the same. Grab your weapons and fight the ultimate destroyer of all reality. Join “The End,” a one-time-only, in-game event and battle for your legacy.”
You’ll be participating in the event in parties with up to 16 other players. The servers will be open half an hour before the event kicks off. As the season is ending a day earlier than previously advertised, if you log in earlier, you can also claim 225 000 XP to make up for it. Anyone who attends will also get a special loading screen and wrap.

Fortnite Chapter Two The End kicks off at 9 PM UK time on December 4. Chapter Three should kick off soon after, though we are yet to get an official confirmation. Chapter One ended in 2019, and it sent the game into a black hole for a couple of days.
