Nioh 2's first DLC is days away but we can take a closer look at the new Splitstaff weapon

Ahead of Nioh 2's first DLC release, Team Ninja decided to show off a new weapon type called the Splitstaff. It looks like something that came straight out of a Ninja Gaiden game and guess what? It looks damn amazing!
The Tengu's Disciple, the first of the three DLC chapters will release on July 30. More details will be known on July 29 when we will have a Japanese live stream (at 5:00 a.m. Pacific Time).
The DLC plan for Nioh 2 is similar to the one that we saw with the first game - we can expect a lot of new stories, yokai, Guardian Spirits, as well as some awesome-looking gear pieces. Everything that we know about this DLC looks damn promising so here's hoping that the final product will be just as amazing.
