Wow, it actually happened! Respawn Entertainment killed off Forge in Apex Legends, so Season 4 will definitely go without it. But hey, at least we have Revenant back! That's something.
The promo site for Assimilation now says: "RIP Jimmie 'Forge' McCormick".
The fans of Revenant have expected his arrival since 2019 but the expectations were subverted when Forge was announced instead. Still, it seems that they will have a reason to celebrate yet again.
Season 4 will begin on February 4 and it will bring "a mysterious Legend", a Sentinel sniper rifle, another Battle Pass to finish, Ranked Series 3, and more.
Don't count off Forge just yet, though. You never know when he may return.
