A new Fortnite patch has rolled out, and as usual, we have plenty of tweaks and bug fixes, but the biggest highlight comes in the form of Chug Splash.
This throwable item can heal your teammates if they're low on health and it can grant them 20 shield if their health is already full. Just make sure you don't heal your opponents as it can do that as well.
