Resident Evil 2 has just been released and it already sees incredible success on Steam. Namely, it became the publisher's second-biggest Steam launch ever!
According to resetera, the game snatched an impressive player count of nearly 54000 with a peak of 55164. Considering that Resident Evil 4 had a player count of 18000, it's obvious that these numbers are tremendously higher.
Monster Hunter World is still leading the charts, but don't be surprised if Resident Evil 2 catches up pretty quickly.
Resident Evil 2 is now out on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Grab it as early as possible, no matter if you've played the game already or not. It's totally worth it!
