Behemoth will be stomping its way into Monster Hunter World next month

As Capcom just announced, we are getting a crossover event in Monster Hunter World next month and we will see the legendary Behemoth blast its way through. Well, we better prepare on time!

If you're a devoted Final Fantasy player, chances are, you already know who (or what) Behemoth is. It's a colossal beast that requires some true effort on your side if you want to bring it down. But, once you do that, you will feel as if you are on top of the world! You'll be able to get the Drachen armor set, Palico armor set and even the Gae Bolg insect glaive packed up with Dragon Soul Kinect. You better find a way to slaughter that monstrosity!

You will also face Cactuars (another familiar name from Final Fantasy) who can be used to set up traps or to get some sweet collectibles (like flowering cuttings and Cactuar cuttings).

Behemoth will arrive to Monster Hunter World on August 2 at 1:00 AM BST. Title Update 4 will also go live at the same time so you can jump on the hype train right now if you want.

Monster Hunter World was released in January on PS4 and Xbox One and it's already Capcom's best-selling game ever. The PC version is scheduled for next month as well, so we really have a good reason to be pumped up.
