Many people are wondering what is going on with Dead Island 2. It looked as if the developers just gave up on it. But, don't worry. Deep Silver issued a statement via Twitter and they informed everyone that Dead Island 2 is still in production.
It's good that we finally got some answer but we hope to see more news in that regard too.
Dead Island 2 was initially announced back in 2014. As it was also announced that Yager (the man in charge of Spec-Ops: The Line) took the steering wheel, things looked very promising at one point. And then, all we had is complete silence. Sumo Digital took over the project and the whole thing went underground ever since.
But, the latest news gives us enough optimism to believe that the final product will be worth waiting.
The game will be released on Xbox One, PS4 and PC as well.
