2K Games have announced the first set of DLC for its turn based shooter XCOM: Enemy Unknown.
First of these is the "Slingshot" pack which contains a new set of Council based missions, a Triad operative as well as divert the course of an alien vessel and battle UFOs over the skies of China.
There is a new playable squad character, with new voice, character customization options and backstory, and there are three new maps to battle over.
2K haven't announced any details on pricing on this DLC yet but have announced the "Elite Soldier Pack" is now available at 400 microsoft points or $4.99.
