I am pleasantly surprised with how well the team came together on this project. With the exception of the leads (me, Mike and Steve), the other 14 people were newly hired for this game. Everyone has a great attitude and works very hard. And despite the stress of the final months of development, no one has killed anyone yet, a major plus.
