HomeLAN chats with Codemasters' Peter Tyson as he gives a development update on Dragon Empires, their upcoming fantasy massively multiplayer RPG. Here is a snip:

HomeLAN - There have been some delays in the release of the game. What happened to cause the official launch of the game to be postponed?

Peter Tyson - It sounds trite, but really it came down to listening to the fans and adding or expanding features. The PvP system has changed, we've added a city expansion system to the game, added quests and more detailed lore and changed how crafting will work to make it more exciting and also added several other features which the community requested. Furthermore, the graphics engine has been upgraded and then there is the usual slippage you get with incredibly complex games like MMORPGs.
