Sea of Thieves shows off The Shrouded Deep adventure with a new gameplay trailer
A Shark’s Tale.
The latest chapter in the game’s ongoing series of new monthly narrative quests sees pirates facing off against a dangerous foe. They will have to take on the mysterious white monster known as Shrouded Ghost. He’s swallowed a powerful artifact called the Veil of the Ancients, and now the pirates need to claim it before Captain Flameheart does.
The Shrouded Deep is also a prequel to the upcoming Legend of the Veil voyage as well. This is a brand new three-chapter voyage for Pirate Legends launching alongside The Shrouded Deep. The Pirate Legends willing to take up the challenge can embark on this epic quest with the Pirate Lord. Two of the three chapters are randomized too and they offer both puzzle and combat challenges.
It should be noted that the new adventure won’t be giving out Shrouded Ghost Commendations out of respect to everyone who earned their accolades through wild encounters. The ones who have the commendation, however, will be able to net themselves an awesome figure as a reward once the event is over.
