Spawn interview

TeamXbox have posted a Q&A with Todd McFarlane about Spawn, the upcoming 3-D action/adventure game based on his best-selling comic book character:

You created Spawn back in high school, how much has the character changed since then?

Todd M: It is funny because I did a little comic book of him back in high school and I put it away; I actually thought I'd lost it. Then I remembered that I had Spawn, and I wanted to do him because I thought he was the coolest of the characters I had created. So I did a storyline and the comic and basically forgot about it. The interesting thing is after I had found it years later, most of the ideas that I had originally put in there were in the Spawn character that came to be. Subconsciously I must have implanted some of the stuff; where he was a monster, and he had a mask because he was burned: all those things...
