[シシテナオ -Even in Death-] is a challenging horror stealth action game where the protagonist, a young girl, attempts to escape from a creepy world filled with creatures.

A young girl awakens in an inexplicable, creepy space. As she opens her eyes, she is surrounded by bizarre and terrifying landscapes. Other people who have wandered into this place can be found as well. Horrifying creatures called "Ochi Bito" roam the area. Without knowing where she is or what these monsters are, the girl attempts to escape from her suffering and despair.
