The public launch phase is now underway for the game. Here are the targeted release dates of content updates, each update will add to the base game. No new money needs to be paid, and no DLCs to buy or download.

Raised as an outcast, Astrid, a young Viking witch, has found herself alone after a series of unfortunate events. Her mother, once a renowned heroine of Jordenheim and their village Guilon, is missing. Unsure of herself, Astrid reaches out to her estranged father, Birger the Bastard, an old-school Viking hero of yore - with whom she has no relationship at all.
Thus begins our adventure of self-discovery, danger, and exploration, as Astrid and Birger set out to unearth the source of these events. What challenges await our young heroine as she seeks the truth? Will the truth set Astrid free and can she bond with the father she never had?
Play at your pace as you explore the land of Jordenheim. Combat is visceral and meaningful, but not the only way to play the game.
Use Stealth and your wits to find clever ways forward in the game and gain XP for everything you do. Gaining levels increases your attributes and combat ability.
Talents can only be acquired through prayer, but what the gods bless you with is not under your control.
Choose your battles wisely as you wield your ax, bow, and spells. Head caution as you will need to aim and fire. No auto-targeting or easy mode combat.
Activities, potions, situations, and magic can all create buffs, debuffs or states that aid or harm Astrid’s efforts. Some of these will be accidental and some will be intentional.
Either can be beneficial or harmful depending on the situation.
