This is a body mind meditation app.

You can choose to do a guided activity when using this app. The activities included are: Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Prayer, Walking forward, Walking backward, Sitting, and Standing.

Then you can practice using your mind to move energy in one of 10 directions: up, down, forward, back, left, right, centered, scattered, thinking about yourself, and thinking about others.

With the chosen activity and the skills to move your mind and energy, you choose a chakra to align so you feel better.
