About

*Explore a huge open world built entirely from signed distance fields; with tall mountains, deserts, trees, and countless abilities to discover

*Controls like a first person game + voxel editing key bindings. Also supports xbox controller.

*Everything is destructible, and the debris created from impacts are a permanent part of the world, your world can be saved to disk or shared with friends by inviting them to join you in multiplayer

*Adjustable game rules, to learn the controls & basic it might be best to start with the creative building mode-where there are no consequences

*Extensive editing tools; procedural shapes, fractals, domain manipulators, to baked volumes

*Once you are familiar with the basics, switch to hunter-gatherer mode, here you start with very little.

  • You play as a transparent banana slug that must stayed anchored to prevent drifting off into the sky.
  • Other players can devour your creations- or devour you, causing you to loose anchor and float toward the nearest nest
  • Materials such as wood, rock etc can be devoured using your slugs radula, for later use in building
  • Learn new shapes, modifiers, and operators for editing, when you devour a form you will learn any them that were used to compose that form
  • Befriend the slugs dwelling in the trees, they act as this games version of mining, able to reproduce nearby shapes(which the player can devour), the more time you spend near a given slug, the more friendly it will be to you.
  • There are natural disasters such as fire that may destroy trees, and make a region of the world sterile

*There is an in game editor that allows for the host to control the world generation rules, it is the same editor used by the developer, and allows for controlling the placement, distribution, size etc of all pre-generated world content.

*The underlying tech is signed distance fields(SDFs), which are completely smooth, that is why the game is not made of tiny little bricks like Minecraft.
