As the sequel of Touhou Blooming Chaos, Touhou Blooming Chaos 2 is now under the development.
Not following the prequel's linar storytelling, TBC 2 will be introducing new gameplays inspired by those popular nowadays. Then what is the feature here?A New Teleportive Incident?One day, our Cirno, like usual, decides to walk back to her home, the Misty Lake, through the Beast's path. However, she found that following the memorized path could lead to somewhere else unexpected.
It's not that those places are unfamiliar, instead, they are some of the most known places in Gensokyo, the habitations of many powerful figures. Also, seemed to be pushed by an unknown force, youkais become aggresive and attacking themselves.
For just an period unnoticed, a new incident has come? Besides any paths toward the Human Village, all travels will be misled and never meet the goal. Eventually, humans and youkais are gathered all together.
This incident does affect all the weaklings, and those powerful ones who get bored of daily lifes.
Some have set off already, they rushed out from the Human Village, toward the very central of the incident's storm. Whether you're the culprit or not, they will simply exterminate anyone before their eyes.
How will you, the protagonist deal with the incident this time?Rouge-like Gameplay
Player will select among a varied cast of characters to enter the labyrinth. Map, layout, enemy, boss, and items, etc. will be purely random. Fight with enemies, practise your level, collect items and equipment to strengthen yourself, before reaching the ultimate layer of the labyrinth, revealing all the truth.
Since the entire map is random, every run gains you a different experience.Multiple Playable Characters
Besides the three default ones, Cirno, Youmu Konpaku, and Sanae Kochiya, you can unlock new casts when certain condition is satisfied. There'll be more than 10 playable characters with varied gameplay for you to discover.Equipment
You can gain several equipments during the dungeon-crawling. Also, you can craft your equipment to enhance its capability and thus decrease your pressure. Equipments can be brought from and to the hub. If you feel stucked, practising your equipments will be a good way to lower the difficulty.Leveling Up
You gain attributes points from leveling up to increase your character's base states. Point distribution is one of our very core gameplays, after all, who doesn't like it when you can train the character the way you prefer and make the game's difficulty surrender to it?Creative Puzzle Rooms
During the exploration, you may occasionly enter a room with puzzle-solving elements. If you managed to solve it, awesome rewards will be awaiting for you.
