Frost Giant Studios are planning to release their RTS title, Stormgate in Early Access in the Summer of 2024. The PC-exclusive game had the release date and a gameplay trailer revealed at the just-finished The Game Awards. The game was initially revealed last year.
The Frost Giant Studios team consists of experienced industry veterans who have worked on RTS titans like Age of Empires and Starcraft. Stargate features an ever-evolving campaign set in the science fantasy universe, as well as 1v1, 3v3, and 3-player co-op vs AI matches. Yes, we’ll have a map editor as well! We also see Simu-Liu ((Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings) showing up and revealing his character. So much hype!
I’ll definitely get this one out when it launches. As a huge science nerd and also a huge fan of old-school RTS classics, I feel that I will have a real blast with this one.
Stormgate will launch in Early Access on PC in 2024.
