Founder of Digital Extremes James Schmalz announced that he will be stepping down from his role as the CEO of the company. The current Chief Creative Officer and 24-year veteran at the studio, Steve Sinclair will take over his role right away. Despite stepping down as the CEO, Schmalz will still remain on the board of directors to give his insight and guidance to the company going forward.
