Trombone Champ, the infamous trombone-based rhythm game is now available on Nintendo Switch, as announced via the latest Nintendo Direct. Oh boy, a game that became almost a legend in the meme community recently….what could possibly go wrong?
According to the new trailer, the Switch version supports gyro controls, allowing us to shift the pitch of the trombone up or down on the go. You can do this with the IR motion camera on the right JoyCon. As you move your hand closer to the sensor, the pitch will rise, while moving it away will cause the pitch to reduce.
And just in case you’re a masochist…it’s worth noting that the game supports local, four-player multiplayer. Bring your friends along for a good laugh at least.
