A super-popular action RPG Genshin Impact is getting its new update (3.0) this month Or, to be more precise, on August 24.
HoYoverse have teased the new update over the last couple of weeks promising a new region (Sumeru, located west of Liyue) and a brand new element called Dendro.
Based on what we know so far, Sumeru will include the Roaming the Jungle event. Once there, you’ll have to take photos, kill mob camps and resin bosses, and seven parkour trails. On top of that, you’ll also get to build wooden statues in the Metamorphosis of Wood activity.
Last but not least, each new update adds new characters as well. In 3.0, we’ll be getting several new faces to hang out with like Zhongli, Collei, and Tighnari. We also have an elusive merchant with a Claymore weapon named Dori. She can restore HP and energy for all nearby team members, which is always helpful.
Genshin Impact update 3.0 will launch on August 24 on all platforms.
