You take control of an amnesiac named Corvus and you find yourself trapped in a plague-ridden kingdom full of secrets (that includes Corvus’ own origins). Along the way, you’ll get to explore this new Kingdom to uncover the truth, while relying on your plague-based powers to defeat your foes.
You’ll be fighting bosses with their own diseases and you’ll be adding them to your own arsenal as you beat them. You can also transform into a raven form during combat and you can even upgrade your weapons and abilities as you go. Timing, dodging, and parrying will all be crucial if you’re planning to succeed and you’ll have to find your own approach to master the game.
The game was initially supposed to launch in December 2021 but was then pushed into 2022 back in November 2021. We’ve had three gameplay trailers for the game over the past month, going in-depth into the combat and we’ve also had the game’s release date trailer, thanks to the courtesy of IGN.
