Yoku Island Express and Viva Pinata Party Animals are among Xbox Games with Gold for May 2022
A fine choice.
The first game on the list is the amazing Yoku’s Island Express, which is a platformer with a twist. You get to control the titular dung beetle and his packages like a pinball in a series of different stages. Basically, it’s a cross Sonic Spinball and a regular Metroidvania. You can grab the game until May 31.
Next, from May 16 to June 15, you can pick up The Inner World – The Last Monk. You will embark on an adventure through Asposia to find the last wind monk. You can play the game with three characters – Laura, Peck, and Robert.
Xbox 360 has some nice classics to offer this month as well. The first one in line is Hydro Thunder Hurricane, the Xbox Live Arcade speedboat racer released back in 2010. The game will be up for grabs between May 1 and May 15, and after that, it will be replaced by Viva Pinata Party Animals (starting from May 16). It’s a minigame collection of 40 games featuring characters from Rare’s green-fingered favorite.
