Returnal, It Takes Two, and Ratchet & Clank are among the winners at the 2022 BAFTA Games Awards
Congratulations, everyone.
The winners for the 2022 BAFTA Games Awards have just been announced, and the top prize went to Horsemarque’s Returnal. Along with this PS5 exclusive, several other huge games from 2021 added more trophies to their collection.
Returnal managed to secure wins in Best Game, Best Music, Audio Achievement, and Performer in a Leading Role for Jane Perry. It Takes Two and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart won two BAFTA awards as well, just like Unpacking, thanks to the publicly voted EE Game of the Year award.
The indies did awesome this year as well. Inscryption, Before Your Eyes, Unpacking, TOEM, The Artful Escape, and Chicory: A Colorful Tale all managed to win prestigious awards, and No Man’s Sky received recognition for its continuous growth, winning the Evolving Game category.
