Glee-Cheese Studio and Digerati have announced that their upcoming rhythm game A Musical Story is coming out next month.

The game takes place in the memory of one Gabriel, as he relieves his musical journey through the 1970s. You’ll relive his memories through 26 different tracks inspired by the 70s. Each of these songs is linked to a specific memory and all you need to do is tap the buttons to get the feel for the music. Play all of them perfectly and you’ll even unlock a hidden chapter.

The game has a rather distinct chalk art style and it was designed by Alexandre Ray himself. Perhaps the most interesting part is that you will get to enjoy the entire story without words and only through music and visuals alone. Pure art indeed.

A Musical Story will first launch on the PS4 and the PS5 (on March 2). It will then launch on Nintendo Switch (on March 3), and lastly, it‘ll land on the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC, Mac, and iOS on March 4. There’s also a deluxe edition with the game, an official soundtrack, digital artbook, and wallpapers for PC and Mac.
