Disgaea 6 Complete is a “GOTY”-style rerelease of the 2021 release Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny. The game was released on PS4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan, but only the Switch version got a western release. The “Complete” edition will now allow all western PC and PlayStation players to enjoy the game in its fully localized glory. It includes all DLC extras and post-release updates, so you’re really getting the full package here. This will also be the series debut on the PS5 hardware.
The game tells a story of a young zombie named Zed who wants to outweigh his abilities. However, when the Netherworld gets invaded by an immensely powerful destructive menace, it is up to Zed to fight his way across the underworld to save his people from their second death. Expect a lot of fun and dramatic story moments, plenty of potential allies and enemies, as well as tactical combat that keeps evolving.
