An adorable spider sim Webbed is swinging onto the consoles in February

Indie developers Sbug Games have announced that one of 2021’s most unique and interesting adventures Webbed is coming to Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch on February 2. You can also already pre-order your copy on Xbox and Switch right now.

If you haven’t checked it out already, Webbed is a physics-based game that tells the story of an adorable jumping spider who takes off on a dangerous quest to rescue her friend who was taken away by a scary bowerbird. Along the way, you will be fighting through the undergrowth, utilizing the acrobatic abilities of our lovely spider in order to traverse and manipulate the environment.

You can play the game as you like. It can be just a simple time-killing weekend filler, but it can also be something that you will play actively in the long run. It is also a perfect game for speed-running. Just this past weekend, ShadowthePast did some speed-running as well and he broke the world record. He completed the game in just 17 minutes (roughly) at AGDQ 2022. You can watch the full run
