Among Us was claimed more than 15 million times during its Epic Games Store free week

InnerSloth have announced that during the free week on Epic Games Store, their super-popular Among Us was claimed by more than 15 000 000 people. Woah, those are great numbers!
Of course, being a freebie had a lot to do with these numbers, but 15 million is still a record to beat. The popular game was first released on mobile platforms and PC back in 2018, but it didn’t become so popular until last year. In 2020, the game exploded in popularity on the streaming platforms and its popularity increased tenfold.
Among Us is available on Nintendo Switch, but Xbox and PlayStation players eagerly await the arrival of the game on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PS4, and PS5 in the near future. We were supposed to get a sequel as well, but it was canceled last year. Instead, the company decided to focus on updating and expanding the current game.
