Capcom have announced that the latest entry in the classic side-scrolling platformer series Ghosts 'N Goblins Resurrection is coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC in the near future. Delightful news indeed!
The game was initially released on Nintendo Switch this February and it's described as a "love letter" to the first two games in the 35 year-long series (Ghosts 'N' Goblins on the NES and Ghosts 'N ' Ghosts on the Sega Genesis) that put you in the shoes of a brave knight named Arthur who battles his way through a variety of stages trying to save the love of his life.
Ghosts 'N Goblins Resurrection follows the same formula, but in a visually improved setting. You will fight against many familiar foes, but there will also be some new threats along the way. But fear not, you'll have a nice range of weapons at your disposal, including a Spiked Ball, Hammer, and some magic spells like Thunderstorm and Firewall. And if you get bored from a single-player campaign, you'll be glad to know that the game has two-player local co-op support as well.
Ghosts 'N Goblins Resurrection is coming to Xbox One, PS4, and PC at some point this year and it's already available on Nintendo Switch. You can check out the trailer below:
