Devotion returns to sale digitally via the developer's own store

Red Candle Games' horror title Devotion is finally available once more digitally, and the studio launched its own online store to sell the game as well as all of the studio's future projects.


The game had quite a rocky road since its release in 2019. It was initially released on Steam but was quickly removed due to issues related to since-removed art references that were banned in China. The game had an attempt to return to the stores last year with a release on GOG, but it was pulled a day later citing "many messages from gamers" and with Red Candle Games saying that they would not "stop striving" to release the game.


Based on what the studio said, we should see both Devotion and Detention as well as any future project in a DRM format on the store. The game is pretty good and it's definitely worthy of your attention.
