Arc System Works have announced that their beat-em-up Guilty Gear: Strive will not launch in April as previously mentioned but in June instead.

The development team issued a statement via their Twitter account and here's what they had to say: "Since we have received valuable feedback after the recent Open Beta Test, we would like to make the most of this opportunity to make the best game possible. We need extra time to polish some aspects of the game, such as the online lobbies and the server's stability. We believe it best to use the extra time to improve the game's quality and provide a better experience to all our players."

It's not the first delay in line and the game has already been pushed back from the 2020 to 2021 release window due to production problems, but luckily, we won't have to wait much longer this time around.

Guilty Gear: Strive will launch on PS4, PS5, and PC on June 11, 2021.
