The latest release to show up on the website of Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee is a Switch port of Suda 51's groundbreaking action-RPG No More Heroes. Surprised? Well, I sure am.

The game was originally released for the Wii in 2007 and it shook the action genre as a whole. The things that really stand out here are over-the-top action, wild (yet impressive) aesthetics, and characters that definitely stand out....in one way or another. The game was eventually ported to PS3 and Xbox 360 as Heroes' Paradise and it got a sequel (Desperate Struggle in 2010) and even a spin-off title (Travis Strikes Again in 2019). A third mainline entry is also currently in development, so things look very promising for the franchise indeed.

This rating suggests that the original game will arrive to Nintendo Switch at some point in the (near) future. In any case, we will keep you updated.
