Cellar Door Games will need a couple of additional weeks to launch Rogue Legacy 2 on Epic Games Store and Steam due to "a few development setbacks." The new date for Early Access is set for August 18. As Ryan Lee said, the team needs more time to "get the game into a state that we're truly ready to show". Perfectly fine, I don't mind waiting.
Rogue Legacy 2 looks very promising and I definitely hope that this small delay will be worth it. Until then, we can always replay the original Rogue Legacy and gawk at its epicness. Now is the right time for that.
