SteamDB developer and data miner apparently found the evidence that Valve could be working on a brand new account-level loyalty system with different kinds of rewards. The company may be doing this to give the customers some additional incentive to shop on their platform.
According to Djundik, customers will accumulate points over time and they will then be able to spend those points to get various items, badge levels, and discounts. On top of that loyalty members will be able to give reactions to user reviews with several different options available.
We are waiting for an official confirmation. It sure sounds exciting, doesn't it?
