It's not surprising that Animal Crossing: New Horizons is such a successful game but seeing the sales records is a real feast for one's eyes. Nintendo finally gave us a glimpse of how those numbers actually look like and bloody hell....they really are amazing.
According to the official reports, the game sold 13.41 million copies both physically and digitally in the first six weeks already. It's getting close to the best-sellers like Pokemon Sword/Shield and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate already, which is quite an impressive achievement.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons is already the best-selling game in the franchise, and as you can see, it may easily become the best-selling game on Nintendo Switch as well. Only the sky is the limit here!
