Xbox Game Pass will soon be updated with yet another amazing hard-hitter. Of course, it's Red Dead Redemption 2. Of course, it was only a matter of time.

Microsoft announced this information on their official blog and they've confirmed that the game will arrive on the service on May 7. The company sees this as a big move obviously and they are using the opportunity to note its financial and critical prowess. Another note is that this is "Xbox Game Pass for Console" only. The PC port is still fresh and Microsoft will keep control over it via the official launcher.

Microsoft also points out that Grand Theft Auto V for Xbox Game Pass for Console will leave the service on May 7, so you better use the opportunity to grab the game with a discount while you can.
