Nintendo is planning to re-release Super Mario titles on Nintendo Switch to celebrate the 35th anniversary

A report claims that Nintendo is planning to re-release a number of Mario games for Nintendo Switch. The games would be fully remastered and it would be a neat way to celebrate the plumber's 35th anniversary.


The celebrations were initially intended to be a physical event at E3 2020, but they may actually arrive as digital presentations. Based on the rumors, the games that will be included on this list are Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy, though there will be more Mario games that will be remastered for this anniversary. Nintendo didn't want to comment anything yet, so take everything with a pinch of salt, please.


Let's keep our fingers crossed, though, and hope for an official confirmation. Playing all these games in a new, remastered suit would be really neat.
