Great news, Witcher fans! CD Projekt RED has confirmed that we still didn't see all from the Witcher franchise. A new Witcher game will be on its way as soon as the highly-anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 is released.
During the meeting with the press, the president and CEO of CD Projekt RED, Adam Kicinski said that the team already has a "relatively clear concept" for the next game, but he noted that it will not be titled "Witcher 4". He also added that a smaller team at the Polish studio will be in charge of its development, and that suggests that this Witcher game could be a spinoff rather than the actual sequel to Witcher 3.
Cyberpunk 2077 will launch on September 17 on PS4, PC, Xbox One and Google Stadia so we won't have to wait for long to see what this game will look like....hopefully.
