Sonic the Hedgehog movie managed to gross over $210 million so far

Sonic the Hedgehog movie turned out much better than we thought. It did come after its peak popularity, but nonetheless, it may be the best video game movie ever. And it achieved impressive records already.

The movie grossed more than $210 million USD until the present moment. It started with $58 at the opening weekend and it already smashed the "video game adaptation" record that was previously set by "Detective Pikachu". And now the movie is reaching new heights, making Sega proudly present its success as "a new page in the history of video game films". It may very well be so.
