Battlefield won't be coming back until at least 2021
That doesn't stop us from replaying the old games, though.

Electronic Arts have issued a statement where they announced that we won't be getting any new Battlefield game until (at least) 2021.
EA confirmed this information during a special earnings call for quarter two if its fiscal year. They have other projects in mind at the moment, and although sad, the decision is fully understandable.
No Battlefield next year, but hey, at least we can replay the old games again. They simply never get old, do they?
