People Can Fly's next game will be Outsiders
Apparently, it's a game that they wanted to work on for.

As Square revealed on their E3 conference, the developers behind Gears of War: Judgment and Bulletstorm, People Can Fly Is working on a brand new game - Outsiders.
They've said that this is their most ambitious project to date. They've also described the game as a dark, modern shooter that you can play both solo and with your friends.
The release date is set for some point in summer 2020 and we will get more info this winter. In the meantime though, here's a little teaser...
