THQ Nordic have officially confirmed that Dead Island 2 is still in development and everything is going according to plan. Phew!
In a special presentation, a CEO of the company (Lars Wingfors) has looked at their previous releases and he touched upon Dead Island
2 as well. Basically, he told us to "stay tuned" for more information. Not a whole lot, but just enough I'd say.
The game was announced five years ago and several different developers were in charge since then. Although we've had some rumors going that everything is cancelled, we can now at least rest assured that Dead Island 2 is still going to come out at some point in time. Let's just hope that it comes out soon enough though!
