According to ESRB listing, Catherine is coming to PC
But, it seems like it won't be a Full Body version.

According to ESRB, the romance puzzler Catherine is going to arrive to PC as well. Although, unlike PS4, it appears that PC players won't get the Full Body version (which is an expanded version) and that's a real shame.
Still, it's great news for all PC gamers nonetheless. Maybe you won't get the Full Body version of the game, but you'll be able to enjoy the default content at least.
The game was initially released on PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2011 and it was somewhat bizarre but still very enjoyable to play through. It's worth checking out, that's for sure!
