Henry Cavil will the play the role of Geralt in The Witcher TV series
Good choice, I can say!
As Netflix announced, Henry Cavil himself will be THE Geralt of Rivia in the upcoming TV series. So, our dear Superman will get yet another role where he'll be able to showcase all of his epicness.
Cavil himself reported much earlier that he was willing to take on the role of Geralt and now he will have the chance to make his wish come true. He produly confirmed the news on his Instagram profile....like a true boss!
The blurb already gives me chills, I have to say:
"Geralt of Rivia, a solitary monster hunter, struggles to find his place in a world where people often prove more wicked than beasts. But when destiny hurtles him toward a powerful sorceress, and a young princess with a dangerous secret, the three must learn to navigate the increasingly volatile Continent together".
Looking forward to the show already. When you have a Witcher fan himself take on the lead role himself, such project simply can't fail.
