Sad news coming from Bandai Namco as the notable published issued a statement where they clearly stated that we shouldn't expect to see Dark Souls Trilogy in Europe. That's a real bummer.

In other words, Asia and the US are the only regions that can count on this steelbook compilation.

Here's what they said in that statement: " To clarify, the Dark Souls Trilogy release date announcement yesterday (August 21st) was a US and Asia announcement only, and was not a Gamescom announcement in Europe. Dark Souls fans in Europe can still get their fix on October 19th--with the release of Dark Souls: Remastered for the Nintendo Switch console".

Dark Souls Trilogy includes all 3 games and their respective DLC packs so it's a great bundle for everyone who wants a bundle that includes everything you need to enjoy some proper Dark Souls action (or if you're a masochist, you can also enjoy dying over and over).

Anyway, at least we have Dark Souls Remastered on Switch. That's something as well. Oh, and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. It's not really a Dark Souls game but it's not too far away.
