Blizzard reveals Diablo III for the Nintendo Switch
Now you can kill demons on the go like never before!
Blizzard have today revealed that its highly rated, and totally worth it too, Action-RPG Diablo III, will be making its way to the Nintendo Switch.
Titled "The Eternal Collection", this version of the game will include everything from the original Diablo III, the Reaper of Souls expansion, and the Rise of the Necromancer pack. The games controls have been built with the Switch in mind, whether playing with a Joy-Con controller or a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller.
Co-op, which makes the Diablo experince all the better will also feature, with up to four players via a screen on a single Nintendo Switch, linking systems together wirelessly, or via the upcoming Nintendo Switch Online.
"The Eternal Collection is the definitive version of Diablo III, and we're thrilled to team up with Nintendo to unleash it for Nintendo Switch gamers around the world later this year," said Mike Morhaime, CEO and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment. Diablo III Eternal Collection for Nintendo Switch will be available later this year as a boxed copy, or through the Nintendo eShop. If you are lucky to go to Gamescom in Cologne, Fan Expo in Toronto or PAX West in Seattle you'll get to check the game out for yourself.
