Asterix and Obelix are our favorite Gauls, no doubt about that. Yes, as much as they had some great cartoons and even better comics, the games were kinda mixed. Some were decent and the others....not so much. But the XXL series has been really good, and it was only a matter of time before when the devs will announce the third game. And that time is...now.
Asterix & Obelix XXL 3 has been announced and it's set to come on November 29, 2019. The story? Well, the story will be everything you can expect from an Asterix game. Nothing more, nothing less! And that's good if you ask me.
Along with the new game, we are also getting an XXL 2 remake this year as well. It will hit all the current-gen consoles and PC as well. So, if you wanted to replay XXL 2 one more time, there is a good reason for that now.
We are very excited for Asterix & Obelix XXL 3 and we hope for another great Roman-smacking adventure. I'll prepare some magic potion in the meantime!
